setting.
This sponsorship includes the opportunity to present a three-minute
company overview to attendees, and to introduce the session moderator.

MFA'S EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR SERIES
Sponsorship: $20,000
Tuesday, February 13, 2:15 - 4:15 pm
MFA's educational seminar series will offer CLE credit for New York
attorneys and will feature two panels focused on a timely industry
topic, to be determined. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to
present a three-minute company overview to attendees, and to introduce
the speaker. This sponsorship also includes a light refreshment break.

Sponsorship: $10,000
All conference delegates will receive your firm's custom cap. MFA will
produce a custom cap embroidered with your logo on the front.

Sponsorship: $4,000 insertion fee plus cost of item
Each attendee will receive your company's giveaway when picking up
their

Advertising space must be reserved by Monday, January 8, 2007 and
advertising artwork must be received by MFA by Wednesday, January 10,
