(sponsorship is sold in $5,000, $10,000 & $20,000 increments and may be shared with other companies - MFA will help to coordinate) The Tuesday Evening Reception will include musical entertainment, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at the Chicago History Museum.

Centrally located in the Exhibit Hall, coffee, juice, pastries and fruit will be served for conference attendees.

LUNCHEON

This sponsorship includes the opportunity to present a three-minute company overview to luncheon attendees and to introduce the keynote luncheon speaker. Keynote luncheon speakers to be determined.
GENERAL SESSIONS
Sponsorship: $7,000 each
Monday, June 11, 2:00 - 3:00 pm; 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Tuesday, 11:00 - 12:00 noon; 2:15 - 3:30 pm
Wednesday, June 13, 9:00 - 10:00 am; 10:30 - 12:00 noon
General sessions will highlight topical issues in a more formal setting. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to present a three-minute company overview to attendees, and to introduce the session moderator. General session topics are listed on the program schedule.
CONFERENCE EBROCHURE
Sponsorship: $7,500
This is the primary vehicle for conference registration. The sponsor's logo is displayed prominently on each page of the electronic registration brochure which is consistently updated on the MFA Web site and regularly marketed through e-mail links. Attendees will be directed to register for the conference online using the eBrochure.
REGISTRATION BAG/PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAYS
Sponsorship: $4,000 insertion fee plus cost of item
Each attendee will receive your company's giveaway when picking up their conference registration bag. MFA can produce any promotional product selected with your corporate logo for an additional fee. Ideas include:

Sponsorship: $4,000 inside book; $5,000 for inside front or inside back cover
Advertise in MFA's Forum 2007 on-site conference program, and place one piece of promotional material in the Forum 2007 registration bag. Advertising space must be reserved by Monday, May 7, 2007 and advertising artwork must be received by MFA no later than Friday, May 11, 2007.
